Payments are non-refundable within 72 hours of arrival date. No one living with-in a 35 mile radius of Bakersfield California may book at Whispering Meadows Apartments. Guests who book must be present at check-in. If not present then we will take payment from the person arriving instead. Must arrive by 9 pm. Late Check in fee charged of $25 USD. upon arrival between 9 - 11 pm. No Check ins permitted after 11 pm. No pets unless prior notice agreed upon in advance.
Credit cardWhispering Meadows Apartments accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, and Union Pay Card for Online Bookings. A Credit Card refundable deposit of $100 is required with all stays . 100 % of the reservation can be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 72 hours (3 days) prior to arrival in order to receive 100% of refund of the full reservation. Person who booked apartment must be present at check in. This means the person checking in will pay for the room/rooms.
Check in is allowed daily from 3 to 9 pm. No Check-in permitted after 11 pm. A late fee of $25 is collected if arriving after 9 pm but before 11 pm daily. Please call number that is located on office front door of Whispering Meadows Apartments upon arriving for after hour check-in clerk after 9 pm.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am

No pets allowed unless agreed upon in advance (some units reserved on our property for a "No Pets Policy") Pet fees are $25/night
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes loaded in dishwasher before departure.
No one can book that lives with-in 35 miles of Bakersfield California. No exceptions.
A refundable deposit of $100 is taken at the time of check-in. Credit Card payments only.
Person who booked must be present with Credit Card Used to check In.
